The façade integrates exposed brick as a warm, tactile element, contrasted with clean lines, textured concrete, and glass. Vertical and horizontal masses are composed to create depth, balance, and visual interest. Wooden accents and carefully integrated lighting enhance the structure’s elegance, while lush landscaping complements the architecture.
